This month we'll talk about  COVID rules for anybody who is trying to build during this pandemic in Suriname.These tips are simple but very important for both parties to be safe.

After the site visit or the consultation. Because everything is mobile meeting frauds will be possible.

How to keep yourself safe from meeting frauds?

Make sure all or some of the points below have been realized:

• use licensed companies
• use companies that have degree for their services
• use companies that have the experience in their field
  
• use companies who have good reviews
• use companies who have an evident online presence that you can call out if anything goes wrong
• use transparent companies
• use companies who are obliged to follow the rules because they belong to an international or national organization. Or which are certified.

You can also be as much involved during the whole design process by having weekly project meetings. Plus seeing what the designer has done every design stage.

• Have frequent consults

This makes it harder for somebody to trick you. Because you're in the entire design process.

• Use cloud file sharing.

This will give you a better insight where your money is going.
