God's Way | Week in the life RCD

 Hello RCD readers,

As we are in the 6th week of January. Hahahah. I thought why not do a week in the life blogging and give a heads up about how my business is going.

This month began with four ongoing project's. The first project I never got paid for the second service and the  advance for the second service. So I'm putting this project on hold.

The second project I had started with the corrections of the definitive drawings. But the year began with them wanting a new design.

The third project is right on schedule.  We just finished the definitive drawings and now follows the correcting. And that started this week. Monday I contacted the client the definitive drawings.

The fourth project is in the building permit phase. The client wanted a fence too. So Monday I made sure all the documents were in order. And by Tuesday I visited the building department to deliver it and to check the progress of the her first delivered project.

New project's 

We have a material cost project. It's a tiny house and the client needed this for financial support. Now something about her call told me "say yes". In busy schedule I agreed to this for a small fee. Ironically her second name is my deceased aunt's. I found during the process of working when I needed her personal information. Which feels so unique. I finished a day before the deadline. Ofcourse I had to work overhours. But my spirit told me do it. If you can help sometimes and know this will not benefit you. Make sure to do this. 

This would be the energy for January is doing things for other's that will not benefit you.  

Finding contractors

From helping an old client free finding contractors and going to site visits.  And also helping contractors find a possible client was the whole circle. This project is from 2022. And when I started I asked one for advice consistently while doing this. I always considered them because I knew he would keep his word and work professionally.  

Starter package 

I'm offering this month only a starter package. I purposely don't boost because I want authentic client's. Not people that are just nosy for prices but never will design with me.  I have gotten a rise in my subscribers on YouTube.  This hit just 100this week. Which is so cool.  And my followers on Facebook too. So this month marketing strategy was a success.  I got some potential client's for now. But it's only a yes when the deposit is made.

My character 

This week while I was busy with work my character was tested. By unnecessary false narrative. That I had to defend professionally that they were wrong. They didn't apologized. But changed the subject. Plus proving that I actually kept my word. Because they may get the project.  

I choose to be kind. I choose to try my best to follow God rules. I know who is in control. I'm doing it God's way. Your character is worth how you present yourself in this world. For worldy people this looks weak or not smart. But for me I'm His daughter.  So I need to listen to Him and not what the world want. Remember we are humans. We make mistakes. We stray from Him sometimes. But I always try my best to find a way back to him
