Nice & Slow | Day in the life RCD

The comeback is always bigger than the setback.

Hello RCD readers,

Let's have a little recap of my second work week. The week began a little hectic.
So last week was my first week back to work and this week is my first week back for ballet.

Starting up slowly
Monday began with getting my self ready for ballet class. I started giving ballet class again. The first class I choose to assist instead off teaching.  One I don't know any of the student's because a lot of my student's stopped with class or just didn't come the first day. Because it's a different day. So we'll see if they are back next week. It was a full class of kids. Two classes in one. And we survived. I did have some out of place moment's but what can you do. Some of the kid's are overjoyed about dancing again.

Project dream
Monday I woke up early to sketch for project dream and later made the fence in 3D. And I got  the additions and extra information from the project dream by Tuesday. I split the project's so each project gets done about the same time. Friday I didn't stay for the adult ballet class. Because I have to wait from 17.00 - 19.15 which is a bit too long for me. And I had to finish my 3D model. I did an all-nighter on Friday and finished the 3D layout the concept design entirely without the roof. So I'm thinking Sunday I will be my finishing this preliminary design project and mail it to her. And start Monday with the technical drawing for the fences.

Project GD
Tuesday was also really a hectic work day. I worked on project GD. The purpose was to finish all the needed layouts for the engineer. I did my best but the roof plan had to be done another day. But I did finish all the layout drawings and facades by Thursday.

Back to ballet class prep work
I had to get familiar with giving classes again. Especially Jazz. So it took some time to make a lesson plan for Thursday. Thursday I had Two back to back classes and one jazz class that I stayed for. My fellow dancers pushed me to stay and dance another hour.  It was a great group. I loved the choreograph. I sucked a little but enjoyed every minute.

We survived the week
Friday was the last ballet class for this week. My body was aching mostly my thighs. My little ones kept laughing because I couldn't do a plie without making a sound. But I had so much fun. Seeing the kids again. Some new faces. Helping where I can. I had a child roll over the floor with her ballet clothes because she was happy to start ballet class again. You got to love it. But at home I had two cuties that I need to get them use to this change. I come home with a lot of hugs and I miss you. And long conversations about how they did their best to be nice to each other. I'm just giving it time, patience, love and most of all understanding. They saw me home for more than two weeks in the afternoon.

This week was hectic but grateful for everything. I need to get my sleeping schedule better but overall I'm grateful. God is beside me every day.
