Sisterhood| Female Empowerment| Day in the life RCD
Sisterhood is an association, society, or community of women linked by a common interest, religion or trade. The feeling of kinship with and closeness to group of women. |
Hello RCD readers,
The question is does a young lady need a sisterhood in this society?
Yes, I do believe a sisterhood is needed for women to support other women in this society. For a successful career you need a helping hand. A mentor. A supportive colleague. A parent figure. A sibling figure. An empowering friend. A model figure to look up too.
And any of those above having the same biological sex is a plus for success. I would say.
And what does it entail for 2022?
I can only speak for myself. I have a sisterhood in which I'm not actively in but I do my best to be supportive. You can say virtually and one on one. In 2022 this is support system happens online. Seeing women do their thing can be inspiring. And of course these women share their hidden gems for the new generation. That makes it feel like a sisterhood by knowing you are not alone in your struggles and failures because others share theirs with the world.
Women that inspire the world by being themselves and sharing their life:
My groups of women differ from my hobby's, my religion, my career choice, my school background and my age. In my live dancing and being an female freelancer in this work field is for now in the forefront.
Dancing
I've met a lot female ballerina's and dancers around the world who share my love for dancing. They understand the pain, balance with work and hobby and they always remind me not loose the love of dancing. Every single one is perfect to see them grow.
