Apartment design!!

Freelance project!!

 

Today I will give recap of this project.This project with two concept layouts. 

 

Freelance project introduction:

The company contacted me for two offers. One design was a simple single family house design and other was a multi-family house design. The multi-family house design offer was accepted.

 

*How does a freelance project work?

Any company in need of my services contacts me project wise or service wise. I can be needed for one service (for instance drawing) or a project which included different services. I am employed for a certain time or for one project or one service.

Site inspection:

The site inspection we discovered that the site was going to be raised. With the purpose of being above the street height level.

Preliminary design:

• site drawing
• layout of the design
• Facades
  

 

Altercations:

• The client wanted to change a room design. The purpose was for less septic tanks.
• The client wanted a flat roof design 

  

Definitive design:

• the foundation plan included the sewage system of the site 
• the cross section with details took awhile to make sure the construction made sense.
