Container vacation house design!!

Collaboration with Jozas Real Estate!!

Today I will give recap of last week project. Last week I finished an collaboration project with Jozas Real Estate. 

Design concept: (JRE part)

• Jozas Real Estate had an zoom interview with the client. 
• They made three design container concepts.
• After this came the 3D designs which Jozas Real Estate provided.

Searching for container information: (JRE & RC Designs part)

• Jozas Real Estate searched for information about container designs.
• RC Designs searched for information about containers:
• I asked colleagues about their experiences of containers usage as building material

• I watched building design video's about the foundation, the isolation procedure, facade cladding and construction.

Budget: (JRE & RC Designs part)

•  Jozas Real Estate and RC Designs had a collaboration with this task. We divided the work for this part.
• We created two options for budget;
• if the client choose wooden house
• if the client choose two containers for the house

Calculating and calling for prices
