Project update | Tuesday 9th March 2021
March began with two site visit planned for last Sunday. The first is for a single family residence in which the client already has responded to my preliminary design with alternative options. So I can go further the design.
Important goals for this week are:
➡️site drawing
➡️definitive layout
➡️window choice sketches
➡️roofplan concept
➡️facades sketches
The second site visit is for a multi family residence in which the client still needs to respond to the preliminary design.
Let's talk about the site visits.
I always go with my partner. We improvise to measure leveled the difference between the street level and the sit level. And with we know how high the site must become for no waterflooding.
