Being okey with hearing" no ". This should not discourage you. For this work and for any other entrepreneur " be okey with failure ".

 

As you've noticed I haven't been posting last month any project update. Because the project is private. And second one was  a no.  

February project

But I can give an update of our bungalow project. Jozas Real estate is finished with the 3D design in the weekend. So now I can finally finish this phase of the project.

Let's give a recap :

✔finished the layout with the right dimensions of the floor,walls and ceiling

✔contacted specialists,other colleagues and some clients of container use for a better concept on how to work with this.

✔watch enough building video's of using containers as building material.

✔contact isolation companies for their input of what is possible 

✔sketch the roof design with details

✔sketch the floor and beam layout

✔draw the construction technical side.

I was about to finish my project last weekend and heared the client is discussing with his wife.

So it's on hold until I hear answers for  my questions. Main questions:

➡️the front door way is it possible if the ceiling is under 2.5m

➡️the terrace flooring needs beams to carry

➡️Will the design hold the roofing choice of Jozas Real Estate.
