Old project that finally has
finances for the building

Goodmorning everyone, 

Today is a new day of trying to get work done. The last couple of weeks I've been busy with my own RC Designs project.  Creating content to let new people know of my blog and my work. I've decided to use a series. This will be based on introducing my blog website, explaining my social media outlets, showing my day for each content I post and last my services. The last one will be posted in August or September.  Because my Back In Time video's still need to be made.

Last week I got some new potential clients.

- First an old pro bono project from years ago. The client maybe has the finances to build so now I have to sketch her design with her new changes and let her financier give the yes or no.

- Second a promising project for maybe next year. Another old pro bono project want to design a outside kitchen. The client needs ideas

- Two ongoing project need approval for their building permit.

- A freelance project from an new employer. I need to a question list of this I need for my design.

So for today my checklist is:

1) call for the building permit

2) print out the drawings from both clients

3) maybe go for building permits or additions (lord pray for me)

4) if finish make an offer for my last services

5) record for my new series

6) answer all the questions for new project

7) sketch the layout for new potential project
