1) What extra documents do I need when applying for a building permit for business premises? When
submitting business properties, you must also include an HI license and
a declaration of no objection from the D.C. For food and beverage
outlets, a D.C. permit must be added:
- shop -DC, HI
- shed / garage -DC
- Apartment -HI, DC
- Church (statutes of the church notary) - DC
- Warehouse -DC
- Office -KKF, DC
- Restaurant -DC
- Mast -DC
- Service station -HI, DC and NIMOS

2) What extra documents do I need when applying for a building permit for fences?
- pictures of the current building
- Overview drawing of the location and / or a Google map display drawing;
- A situation view.
- A copy of the parcel map
- A recent mortgage extract or plot decision or purchase agreement that has been legalized by the notary.
3) What drawings do I need when applying for a building permit for business premises?
- the drawings for housing low-rise
