1) What extra documents do I need when applying for a building permit for business premises?  When submitting business properties, you must also include an HI license and a declaration of no objection from the D.C. For food and beverage outlets, a D.C. permit must be added:

• shop -DC, HI
• shed / garage -DC
• Apartment -HI, DC
• Church (statutes of the church notary) - DC
• Warehouse -DC
• Office -KKF, DC
• Restaurant -DC
• Mast -DC
• Service station -HI, DC and NIMOS
• advice O.D.R.O. plano

2) What extra documents do I need when applying for a building permit for fences? 

• pictures of the current building
• Overview drawing of the location and / or a Google map display drawing;
• A situation view.
  
• A copy of the parcel map
• A recent mortgage extract or plot decision or purchase agreement that has been legalized by the notary.

3) What drawings do I need when applying for a building permit for business premises? 

• the drawings for housing low-rise
• the drawings for housing high-rise
• field research
• extra sewage drawings when we are talking about food and beverage facilities

• Outline drawing
• Google earth photo
• Situation drawing with house surface
