Project Update| Tuesday July 13th 2021

Hello RC Designs readers and watchers,

Today I'm going to discuss last week project's. The past couple of weeks I've been getting a lot of "potential" client's and I know that with that you may only get one real client. So I'm going with the flow and I'm taking the process rather smoothly.

As discussed in last week's belated project update.

The freelance employer agrees with my offer for my designing services, but not with the constructor's offers. And that was Friday 2nd July, but I haven't heard nor seen deposit to begin my work. But I did start with the preliminary design last Friday. And I'm thinking of documenting this content.

This project is making me so proud and I can't wait for the couple to get the building permit. I didn't have any remarks and that feels great. I only have to wait till approval for building permit. So now the waiting game for the building permit.

Last week I finally got response from the building supervisor and she had some additions and remarks. Because this is the employers client's design I discussed the additions and remarks directly and corrected it the same day. Next day printing, binding and submit the drawings back to public works and traffic in the construction& housing supervision department. The building supervisor found no remarks and with this follows waiting for the building permit.

This project is from December 2019. This is a couple wanted a unique design. This was a online project because one half was in the Netherlands. He was suppose to come over in Suriname with the needed documents for building permit application.Because of COVID he finally came in 2021 with his documents. And the lock-down began again which I lost almost two-three months with a standstill.
