Throwback Thursday July 23rd 2020

This Throwback Thursday I'm discussing "first one story house project from July 2018-…". We’ll be posting the projects that are finished in January 2019 till May 2019. This project is from January 2019 and this project is on hold. The projects that are still going will be posted in September “the third quarter of 2019”. This project was from July 2018 for an acquaintance that wanted a one story house design with building permit and cost calculation. First I got layouts from her that she saw on the internet from contractors. Begin July 2018 she was finally ready to start.

This project has the following key points:

• Part 1: Prep work (July 2018)
• Part 2: Preliminary design process (Augustus till September 2018)
• Part 3: Definitive design process & Cost calculations (October 2018 till January 2019)
• Part 4: Definitive design (2020)
