Start with God | Day in the life RCD
Hello RCD readers,
As I'm waiting for the clock to strike 6.30 to get out of bed and prepare myself for church. I choose to get up earlier and read my bible. My sweet friend recommended proverbs. And it's like fitting a glove so smooth.
I wrote this blog post on Sunday. I had planned to go to church and later a site visit. The client hasn't gotten the chance to sent a google pin since Thursday. Not sure why. But the best thing to do is cancel and have a better prepared site visit planned where they take the time to come to an conclusion what they want exactly.
So I had to prepare myself for the week. People don't understand that consultations and site visit are only functional in the weekend if we are prepared plus keep the time in mind. Both don't have the whole day and I'm not wasting somebody's time with something that is definitely unprepared.
So my anxiety went up. Thinking how to stay professional without the client feeling snubbed or dismissed. I had to pray leave it God. I had to keep my appointment to myself and God that I don't miss church. I planned to try rosary prayer again this month. And holding on to that promise is more important. The source of my everything.
After a successful productive week. I need to focus on spirit to withstand the busyness that comes with a productive week. Burnout is not an option. Overexhausting is not on the list. Getting overwhelmed also. So feeding my soul is important.
So let's start the day with getting up reading my bible and going to church. Cleaning my house and celebrating my win.
Have a blessed day
