Monday Funday | RCD Project Update

 Hello RCD readers,

How is everyone doing? The month has just begun. My big brother turned 45 years. Still my pain in the caboose but so much love for my siblings. Life changes a lot. When your  are intertwined as siblings. You don't have to worry about distance or disagreements. Because they are the ones who you'll always pray for. Wish well. And have a soft spot for to go above and beyond.  Times may change but for me prayers never. They can go their own way. That's life. People grow up. People drift apart. People have different way of thinking and communicating. And that's okay.

Now our Monday funday is just me see all these free days but absolutely no free day for me. Because I still have to work. But this Monday I'm busy work work work. I don't know for sure if I could handle new project's. Because the older ones and current ones are a handful to find a balance. But I've made content for this month with in mind behind the scenes. So we'll see whaf happens. 

Project DF

This project is done with the definitive drawings phase. We are entering the building permit phase. But his documents are incomplete. So here we are again. And because I'm really doing things by the book. No favours. Which is a big thing in the world including Suriname. So it takes a minute.  But for now the client wants 2 more services that I offer. But not a lot of people want to pay for that. That would be the building cost and building work description. I have set for myself end of the month for these two services. 

Project AN

This project has the building permit and needs the building cost service. I started mid May and it took awhile to get the hang of it.  Because not alot of people want to pay for this service. End of May I had almost everything except water and electricity plan calculations. So this week follows the installation drawings. And after that the calculations and finally the prices.

Project dream

This project is from January.  We started in 2024. Hyped and ready to go. But crickets after January site visit. Now the client is in full force. And ofcourse I'm busy. But we'll hit the promised deadline no matter what. I promised next week. So doing my best to hit that mark.

So let's make this a productive month. But also working on dances. I finished my Thursday class dance last week. Now follows my the repeating and correcting phase. Pray for me. I danced Thursday on stage as practice. I made a mistake the first try. But the second one I saw myself and it was awesome.
