Project Update| Tuesday July 6th 2021

 

Hello RC Designs readers and watchers,

 

Today I will be discussing a project that was on hold for a while because of Suriname semi lock-down situation. You can say Covid-19 regulations have thought me patience. Hahahah.. And to let go of time plus anything that I don't have control over.

This project is for a young couple. I'm proud to say I've stalked the public works and traffic department construction and housing supervision for more than a month. Because this department of the government was closed or and sometimes not fully functioning since April when the Covid numbers where rising again.

When I finally got the response of the building permit I didn't have any corrections. To hear that felt amazing because that means I'm getting better. And the only response was needing sales statement for the land from my client. So now what follows is waiting for a response.

What follows now?

 

Now if the construction department finds everything fine we know that the building permit follows. But we have to wait and see if that goes smooth too. And most important will the head of this apartment sign the building permit fast or will we have to wait.
