This Throwback Thursday I'm discussing "M3 consultancy first office design". This project is from 2014 and this was pro-bono.

This pro-bono project was for a starter up company for three brothers.This was a redesign and renovation of ground floor from a two story house.

Site visit: 

During the site visit we had four room from a ground floor house to work with.

Final design for the office concept

 

 

 Definitive 3D model 

The client wanted to redesign a garage into an lobby/office space. The kitchen into a meeting room and classroom. The small storage room/laundry room into a library/private employers room.
