Blog day 3 | August 5th 2020

Hello everyone,

I hoped you have enjoyed our content up till now. I haven't really had time to share directly when my content is displayed but hopefully everyone likes it.

COVID REGULATION TIPS FOR TIP OF THE WEEK!!
The started this week with my COVID tips. You see I've had a couple client meetings and site inspection after our COVID lock down in July and I've noticed that not everyone is using the COVID guidelines. So I put this upon myself to make some standard normal rules that clients should keep in mind when handling with architectural designers or contractors. Because I find this important my first tip was entirely of the first consultation and how to do your part with being safe.

ONGOING PROJECTS|PROJECT UPDATE
I am really vocal with my ongoing failing points with projects this week. Because people forget this is all apart of being an entrepreneur or even inspiring to be one. I've scratched my head with an ongoing freelance project with my busy personal schedule. I can choose to remove myself of house responsibility or put my big panties on and do my side. Even if that means long hours and sleepless nights. You can check my blog post for my ongoing projects.

I'm really proud of this serie. It's doing well in all social media outlets. I've posted 3 episodes up till now on IGTV, Facebook page and premiering on YouTube. Of course it takes awhile for the views to go up but I've noticed that people still look days after the first post.

BUILDING PERMIT
Today I went for two projects. One is close to home and the other is an old classmate that gave me chance. The first one needs some construction additions , so I need to contact my constructor. And the second is almost finished and needs some legalization for official documents. I'm happy that both have been patient during this process.

TINY HOUSE ARTICLE
My partner gave me this theme for July article. I love it. The first part was prep work and made some views on IGTV and YouTube. And I'm happy about this. But I have to be honest. I thought that it would be an safe money article but "tiny house" is just a lifestyle. Most of the time it can be even more expensive than building a bigger home. I still have one article to post so keep watching.

GRATEFUL | APPRECIATION | POSITIVITY
For this week up till now these three words describe a lot for me. I'm grateful to have God keep me with positive plus supportive friends and family. I can ask a friend that I haven't seen in a long time for help and they will be there. That feels amazing in this time. This time in which I'm scared, anxious and stressful. I can always call in for emotional support.

Yesterday something great happen I followed someone on Instagram and he told me that he loved my content. I felt appreciated. And knowing that I actually have people that love this feels great because most of the time it just feel like you're talking to yourself.

Being kind and staying positive is always important. Today I went to to the building section for my building permit. I'm always polite and professional to everybody always. And I received the kindness back. I may not have my building permit yet but it helps to stay polite to people and try to be understanding.

So I'm ending this blog post with my lessons.
Stay with your goals in mind and never stop
Be kind and respectful towards everyone
And always put your faith first. If your lost give it God.
