Throwback Thursday May 7th 2020

This Throwback Thursday I'll discuss my first project in which I got a building permit right after my birthday. As you can see I started this blog in 2016 via Facebook and my first building permit was almost two years after that.

Project's bio
This is our last project of 2017 and first project for 2018. The client had a layout and facades in AutoCAD. I had to check if the drawings were correct thinking about our own rules and regulations for building permits. And I needed to finish the contract drawings to get the building permit of the government. This was my first ever asking for a building permit that was entirely in mine name as designer (RC Designs). I have done a lot since 2013 but first time for RC Designs client. Other projects where freelance projects and with consultation of an Architect. The first consultation we discussed the kinks of the drawings. And with this the preliminary design was made and later the definitive design.
